Patch 5 problem update

The problem during boot does not seem to be only patch 5. And what I can see is that this start to happen when you add Microsoft KB958644. I have not been able to verify this 100%. But when I add this patch AR System fail to start during boot of windows.

Update: After looking at the event log to see what patches been installed I can not see any thing around when we started see this with patch 5. But patch 4 seem to have stopped working after Microsoft KB958644 was applied. It is the new very important security patch. Maybe this problem is some access right problem.
