First fix I noticed in the release notes for the server was this about the version number for Java. I have not tried yet to see if it really works. But it is nice if it works.
Another thing we just noticed on a 7.1p4 server was that we get ARWARN 66 on push fields. And that is fixed in patch 5. And it looks like it is working.
Not only the server is patched. user/migrator/mid-tier/email/approval/flashboard are all updated. User include fix for not being able to sort on first column in result list.
Sometimes I wonder how they can have so many bugs in the system. And the reason now for so many fixes is that now people start using 7.1, and then report all the bugs.
